We have been work on R&D type
projects for at least 15 years. With our creativity and and eye
for seeing how and why things work or do not work, we make a
pretty formidable team when combined with our customers
knowledge of their part or process.
Recently we have added Rodney Barr as our engineer, you will
learn more about Rodney on our engineered parts page. We have
literally worked with engineers from every corner of the globe,
so we have seen a lot things that work and even some that don’t.

Medical Product Development
We manufactured
this small aluminum heatsink for a medical device
manufacturer. As you can see there is a great deal of
intricate grooves and a conical shape that required 3D
surfacing. |

Lighting Fixture
We designed this lighting
fixture to meet the customers design specifications. This
should be showing up in a Wal-Mart near you soon. |

Carolina Hurricanes Logo
We designed and built this clamp on style logo for Ron the
Ref of the Carolina Hurricanes. This was built the summer
before they won the Stanley Cup. We developed a unique
clamping system that keeps it from vibrating loose in use.
